Avalon Research. Prize draw Terms and Conditions
- Avalon Research completes surveys for various clients and as a way of thanking respondents for their time, they are entered into a prize draw.
- The prize draws are only open to those aged 18 and over who supply their full name and valid email address following successful completion of a survey being administered by Avalon Research.
- Entrants are eligible for one prize draw only within any one year following the completion of a survey only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- No cash alternative prize will be allowed in lieu of the prize.
- The survey must be FULLY completed for valid entry. Partial response surveys will be disqualified. Surveys deemed not have been completed in good faith will be disqualified
- Only one entry per survey per person is permitted, and any duplication/repeated entries will be invalid. Different email addresses used by the same person, or any form of multiple entry is not allowed and all entries by any such person will be disqualified.
- The prize is not the same across all the surveys we administer. Please see the actual survey for the prize.
- Winning entries will be selected at random within 28 days of the conclusion of the survey, from those submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
- The winner will be notified via the email address supplied with their entry. If the email is not valid, or they do not claim their prize within two weeks of initial notification, they forfeit their prize and another prize winner will be selected. Successful claimants will have their prize emailed directly within 28 days of the claim
- By entering this prize draw, participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The decision of Avalon Research personnel is final in response to any dispute. Avalon Research may be contacted via email at info@avalonresearch.co.uk
